This workshop was previously known as Creating a Business Model.

Starting a business can be a bit overwhelming, let’s be honest. Just because there’s a lot to think about, doesn’t need to put you off. Using a business model canvas, this workshop can help you map out cost structure, revenue streams value propositions, customer relationships, channels, customer segments, key partners, activities and resources in just over an hour.
