Crises trigger the flight, fight or freeze response and right now, there’s a niggling thought in the back of everyone’s head causing this kind of anxiety. Yet, some people seem more able to cope with this than others. What is it that helps them to act in a crisis?
Many of us lose our ability to keep our cool and make decisions in times of panic – but with a few simple techniques we can overcome this indecision. In this short session we will show you some of these techniques that gen supercharge your problem-solving abilities in a crisis situation.
This session will not only help you move forward and keep going during lockdown, but can be applied to a range of stressful situations like exam panic, embarrassing moments and facing big decisions.
