Who is going to buy this? We can help you to define your customer and prove that people will buy from your business.

This is the second workshop of the Propeller Enterprise Programme, designed to get you business-ready in as little as four weeks. It follows on from How to start a business, which runs again on the 9th June

Combining elements of Business for Beginners and the Essential Guide to Marketing, this workshop helps you to define your audience and market position for a business plan.

You need to be able to identify who will buy from you and understand why they want your product or service. Knowing how you stand out from other competitors in the market will allow you to home in on your target customers and build a brand around your unique qualities.

This workshop will help you grasp the business fundamentals of who your customers are, who your competition is and how you’re going to make your business a success.
