Marketing is all about observing behaviour and trends, analysing the situation and creating content that encourages consumers to engage. There’s a lot more to it than pretty pictures and punchy text!

- PESTLE & SWOT analyses
- Segmentation, targeting & positioning
- The 7P’s (marketing mix)
- Writing a marketing plan
At the end of the workshop, you will understand the factors affecting your business, who your customers are, and have a plan from which to start your marketing efforts. Of course, if you’ve got a product or service to sell, it’s important to make sure it’s priced correctly.
