When writing a business plan, people expect to see how much money you expect to make. Pulling a number out of the air doesn’t work, but there’s some simple steps to follow in this workshop.

This is the fourth workshop of the Propeller Enterprise Programme, designed to get you business-ready in as little as four weeks. If you missed the previous sessions, they will be running again starting from the 3rd of March.

Putting some thought into the sustainability of your business starts with understanding your cashflow and being able to predict profit and loss based on a sales forecast. How you go about this depends on whether you’re a sole trader, limited company or other entity, which we also delve into here.

To round it off, we then look at some fundamental contingencies such as insurance, health and safety and writing terms and conditions.
