Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Fundable, and Patreon are just a few of the crowd-funding platforms out there. If you are looking into funding a business, creative practice or charitable venture, there’s a lot of ways you can ask people to contribute money.

This workshop looks at different ways to fund your project and what you need to do to create a campaign that makes people want to invest. Crowdfunding is an ideal starting place for ideas with no funding options readily available and gives the added benefit of knowing there’s a market demand for your product or service.

Always wanted to make a film? No worries! Always wanted to create a smart-watch? Not a problem!

We’ll give you some realistic planning tips and advice in order to choose which platform works best for you.
