Social networking sites such as Linkedin and Twitter have fast become a good way to build relationships and find work over the past few years. Where face to face networking can be unnerving for some, others find that they don’t know how to approach networking online either.

  • What is the correct etiquette? Can you just drop in someone’s DMs?
  • How can you create natural relationships without it feeling like a sales pitch?
  • Do you need to spend hours and hours on it, or is there a quick win?

This workshop takes you through some of the online networking strategies that our mentors have used in their own businesses, with plenty of time to ask questions and look at how you can adapt the approaches for your own personality and digital expertise.

  • 1 hour long
  • Bring your own refreshments

These workshops are partially funded by the U Start project to support students, graduates and university staff to unlock their entrepreneurial potential and become enterprise ready.

All of our workshops are currently hosted on Microsoft Teams. Please register below and you will receive a link to the classroom on the day.
